ITS is a whole-city system developed to increase traffic conditions. It consists of traffic detectors installed on the roads and special hardware that can be mounted on any vehicle or like a standalone device. Such system will give hardware possessors information about traffic conditions, best roads to take, expected time of bus arrival to the specified point etc.
<BR>Required skills:
<BR>- circular inductive loop detector;
<BR>- RTU (Remote terminal unit);
<BR>- Traffic analyzer;
<BR>- Piezo detector.
<BR>Essential conditions:
<BR>- major in electronics or computer science;
<BR>- ability to perform analog circuit design;
<BR>- communication network F/W coding.
<BR>It is also possible to make contract with a Company specialising in such devices to develop ITS off-shore.
<BR>Annual Salary: about $20,000, depending on skills and experience.
<BR>Our Research center is situated in Republic of Korea.
<BR>You will get an official work visa from the Korean government.
