Korean semiconductor manufacturing company is looking for a researcher who is able to research and develop for SIC material.
<BR>Requirements:
<BR>- Experienced 2 years in SiC field company and participated in SiC developing or manufacturing project.
<BR>- Have general understanding and knowledge about semiconductor manufacturing process.
<BR>- Have understanding of complete new material property.
<BR>- IMPORTANT! Detailed knowledge of SiC material manufacturing process.
<BR>Education:
<BR>University degree and obtain a degree of doctor in new material sciences.
<BR>Others:
<BR>- IMPORTANT! Have to come to Korea at the end of April.
<BR>- IMPORTANT! English resume and Self-introduction letter in English focusing on experiences and skill or knowledge over 2 pages A4.
<BR>- self motivated person;
<BR>- willing to cooperate with other people;
<BR>- responsible for assigned project.
<BR>Salary: $2000.
<BR>Our Research center is situated in Republic of Korea.
<BR>You will get an official work visa from the Korean government.
