<BR>1. Process and Device Modeling, Device Physics.
<BR>2. Circuit Modeling: DSM(deep submicron) Circuit modeling, Q/M modeling or RF/Noise modeling.
<BR>3. Plasma Particle Simulation: Plasma Physics and Simulation, Profile Modeling/CFD Analysis.
<BR>4. Formal Verification methodology: creation Formal Verification research, Model checking. Theorem proving.
<BR>Education and experience:
<BR>5+ years; M.Sc.+, for formal verification - 3+ years.
<BR>Annual salary: $22000~27000.
<BR>Our Research center is situated in Republic of Korea.
<BR>You will get an official work visa from the Korean government.
