Sweep control main board for vacuum electron beam-gun evaporation system. Conception design, electronics design (processor Atmega64), PCB design (PCAD2002), writing firmware (AVR-GCC).
SMPS for filament electron beam-gun (600 watt, -10kV isolation, 30kHz switching frequency). Design conception, electronics design, PCB design, transformers calculations.
SMPS for high voltage current sensor (8v, 30ma, -10kV isolation, 300kHz switching frequency). Design conception, electronics design, PCB design, transformers calculations.
SMPS for ion-gun, filament and neutralizer. Design conception, electronics design, PCB design, transformers calculations. Tested at low-current ion-gun and load-test with active load Finished 95%.
Ion-gun 4kV, 1A, 20kHz switching frequency (IGBT).
Filament 50kHz, 300Watt.
Neutralizer 1A, 30v (powered from filament transformer).

Description: Worked as Embedded Engineer.
Responsibilities: My responsibility was development hardware and firmware GSP-GPS module. This module designed for car security system in Argentina and Brazil. I made a PCB, and wrote a base firmware for hardware testing and basic IO functions.

Description: Worked as Engineer-programmer.
Continuous work with railroad tele-mechanics system. Wrote a new version of firmware and software. Wrote a few program with C-Sharp language.
Electronics and firmware design for camera-recorder positioner. These systems are build on At90s2313 controller and positioning camera-recorder with two stepping motors through RS232 interface (mouse) with 1200bps.

Responsibilities:
Designing and developing Controllers for industrial processes. Developing Embedded software and hardware for various Process Controllers. Designing and implementing software applications. Project planning, Development, Final integration and Testing of applications.
Skill Set used: Embedded Programming in C, Application programming in C & VC++, Real Time Control System, Palm-pilot and Linux programming, Complete Product design with Processor based Hardware boards.
An examples of my activity in this work:
I wrote firmware for "master" and "slave" modules for remote control system for railroad. Wrote software for Palm-pilot. System included one "master" module, a few slave modules and palm-pilot. System connected to power dispatcher system through voice-frequency channel. "Master", "Slave" modules and Palm-pilot are connected to RS485 network. AT89S8252 (host) and ADSP2104 (frequency channel separated functions) chips are connected in "Master" module through SPI.
Wrote programs for testing this system using Linux OS (reading signal from flow line through sound card and analyse by "RIF" filter, generating signal to flow line though sound card, signal analysis, etc.) Part of this program working as kernel module.
Wrote firmware for Telemechanics and automation system for power supply of urban electric transport. "Modem" modules are connected through converter RS232/RS485 to Supervisory console. "Master" modules are connected to "Modem" module (point-to-point, FX604). "Slave" modules are connected to modules "Master" through RS485 interface. Control panel with LED display and keyboard. "Slave" modules execute operates command, remote signaling checking, and automatic functions. Control panel could be connected (though SPI) to "Modem" and "Master" modules. Modules are built on AT90S series microcontroller. (8bit RISC flash processor from Atmel). Hardware design of control panel.
Wrote another version telemechanics and automation system for power supply of urban electric transport. This system work on board with AtMega103 as main processor, real-time clock, character LCD module and other. Firmware work with mC/OS-II RTOS.
DC/AC-DC module design. This is a power supply unit for railroad telemechanics system. Input voltage can be 110, 220 DC or 220 AC. Build on half-bridge circuit.
Designed automation on hydraulic press. Systems build on At90s8535 and provided all automation function for manufacturing.
